Pediatrician Call

--Daniel's Pediatrician called this afternoon to discuss his allergy test result.
--Daniel is allergic to soy and milk and has a resistance to eggs, beef and wheat. What does this mean? We need to avoid feeding Daniel soy and milk products and limit eggs, beef and wheat. Daniel is being refered to a Nutrionist so that we can have help in creating a healthy, high calorie menu that is soy and milk free and limiting in eggs, beef and wheat. Daniel's Pediatrician agreed that Peptamen Junior was the best thing for us to try. She was hesitant about even considering a feeding tube. (refer to the previous post "GI Appointment"). Dr. Amis (Pediatrician) also wants to schedule a sweat test to test for Cystic Fibrosis.
--We felt a lot better after talking to Dr. Amis.
