Labor Day Weekend

--Happy Labor Day! We hope you all have had a wonderful, relaxing weekend, free of labor.
--We left Saturday morning for a weekend at Pop-Pop and Nanny’s. The original plans were to have a joint birthday party for Emma and Daniel but the plans fell through. Bummer! We didn’t let a few changes of plans stop us and we enjoyed visiting with Pop-Pop, Nanny and Matthew. (We missed you, Mary and Emma.)
--We went to Corinth, MS (about a 30 minute drive from Savannah) on Saturday. We enjoyed lunch at a Chinese restaurant and shopped at Penney’s and K-Mart.
--Saturday night Mommy and Nanny enjoyed some “girl time”. We took a ride in the convertible and picked up cheese sticks from Pizza Hut and surprised Pam and visited with her.
--Pop-Pop was not feeling well on Sunday so Daddy stayed home with him while Mommy, Nanny and Daniel went to church. We cooked out, rode the 4-wheeler and took naps Sunday afternoon. Mommy, Daniel and Nanny went to church Sunday night and then picked supper up for everyone at Subway.
--We got up this morning, enjoyed yummy pancakes and packed up our stuff and headed home.
